- 5+ years of IT software Project Management experience managing complex projects including coordination of multiple teams
- Experience with and knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, and web applications 1 year of experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills excellent problem solving and analytical skills with expertise in identifying risks 1 year of experience
- Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager 1 year of experience
- Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) 1 year of experience
- Previous SOM experience highly desired 1 year of experience
- Must be local to Lansing, Michigan area. Work will be 2 days per week in office and 3 days remote.
