JOB DETAIL

  • The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing.
  • Candidate must have strong experience with the Agile software development process. He must have hands on experience of Microsoft Azure Dev. Ops environment (ADO), be well versed with the process of the User Stories development, development of the Acceptance Criterion, User story approval, Sprint planning and development by the scrum master, Application Build, and Retrospective Issues Resolution etc.
  • Strong ability to understand the business process workflows and develop/ evaluate the technical requirements/ specifications to be used for developing new application architecture and program for rendering a technical solution for the business process.
  • Strong Skill to collect/ evaluate the business requirements for software applications/ systems/ SharePoint custom applications and develop detailed User Stories/ requirement documents.
  • Strong ability to collect the business requirements for business reports translate them into a formal user story, requirement document, coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, SMEs, application business users, and application developers and get those reports developed. • Must have strong skill/ experience coordinating and facilitating application demo sessions, obtain the feedback and get the necessary enhancements implemented.
  • Successful candidates must have a quality assurance background and is expected to help plan coordinate and facilitate user acceptance test sessions as part of a systems redesign project. The candidate must have the ability to ensure that user stories/ requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed. Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team. Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
  • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation Must have the ability to learn overall system processes and identify process-related issues.
  • The candidate must have experience with identifying training requirements and performance support. Must be able to schedule and conduct training sessions. The candidate must have experience with online and instructor led training course development.
  • Coordinating with application development team while stories are built, resolving any issues with user stories efficiently, follow up and managing the retrospective issues.
