Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, including familiarity with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Strong understanding of voice data processing techniques, including speech recognition, audio processing, and voice AI platforms.
Hands-on experience with Voice Analytics tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques applied to voice data, including sentiment analysis, speaker identification, and speech-to-text.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
