The Knowledge Access team currently has two members in Budapest and two members in Tokyo. The team is responsible for:
Cloud-based Q and A site.
On-prem wiki platform based on an open-source product.
On-prem and cloud-based wiki platform based on a commercial product.
Cloud-based training video platform.
Internal mailing list archive with web user interface developed in house.
Those products are used by the entire firm. The team may own more products in the future.
As a DevOps team, we are responsible for everything about our products such as Installation, engineering, tools, and user support. The team provides basic documentation to help-desk so that they can handle basic support. Since the products are used globally you will inevitably interact with users worldwide.
