• Strong SQL analytics skills (The analyst will often work with low level operational data)• Familiar with P&C Billing database (BASE / CAS). Not mandatory but huge plus• Experienced in communicating insights to business partners focused on supporting decision making. Associate will often have face time with the business partners.• Familiar with Snowflake, SAS, and Excel.

• Familiar with VSCode and Gitlab. Not essential but would help synergize with the team.• Familiar with Bank payments and money movement data. If associate doesnt have billing data experience this is nice to have.• Familiar with channel / Member interaction data. Nice to have if associate doesnt have P&C billing experience.• Experience with Tableau, Rally.
