3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a large enterprise environment

Experience working on a sales or staffing platform (Salesforce or Bullhorn would be a huge plus)

Extensive experience in discovery, analysis, and insight

Experience gathering full life cycle requirements and documentation

Experience translating business requirements into IT solutions

Experience with use case development, quality assurance, and testing

Good communication, ability to work with business / technical teams, and stakeholders

Position Overview:

This Senior BSA will work alongside the product team to help build out business requirements, analyze data, help shape IT solutions (through UAT testing) to drive project expectations. This global healthcare staffing partner is implementing a new sales enablement program, and this BA will help drive the project through discovery, analysis, and technical insight.
