•              Design and build applications for reusability across multiple lines of business.

•              Work business stakeholders and development team to provide business solutions from inception to operation.

•              Apply best practices, understand application debugging, performance tuning and system maintenance techniques, and address security/access requirements in an application.

•              Manage vendor relationships

•              Resource planning and financial accountability

•              Foster and enable software craftsmanship and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

•              Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering degree or equivalent work experience.

•              8+ years’ experience in PEGA software development.

•              Certification is a huge plus “PEGA Developer: Sr. System Architect”.

•              Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery

Knowledge areas:

•              Digital process automation

•              Data management

•              User experience design

•              Security

Preferred:

•              Experience within the insurance vertical or similar.

•              Demonstrable knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, data structures and modern programming techniques.

•              Certification is a huge plus “PEGA Developer: Sr. System Architect”.
