- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in Product, User Experience, HCI, Graphic or Web Design
- Interaction and visual design skills required, including the use of Figma for advanced prototyping
- You will have experience in Adobe Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
- You will embrace Mobile First and Lean UX Design Iteration
- Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research at all stages of product development
- Design expertise with a deep insight into newest methods, trends, and design operations
- Produce high quality graphics and visual components
- Align team on complex product decisions while advocating the voice of the customer
- Scope product and service projects strategically with an understanding of product development processes
- You must promote Accessibility and Compliance
- You will have experience with Design Studio Facilitation and Rapid Prototyping
- You will be experienced in an Agile work setting (scrum, sprint cycles, etc.)
