Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5-7+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR processes and best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are desirable.
