JOB DETAIL

The ideal candidate would have experience on data conversion projects, be a hands-on project team member, and have experience as a functional resource, including experience researching processing requirements between upstream and downstream systems. Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.

• Coordinate cross-team analysis of existing applications, destination applications, and ETL.

• Identify user and system requirements and document user stories for SCRUM development

• Identify the root cause of data problems and recommend solutions

• Identify the process or project risk and suggest mitigation

• Work with outside vendors and contractors to facilitate service delivery

• Lead and coordinate change management process in SCRUM


  Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification(s).

• Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.

• Functional experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and/or Payroll.

• Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies

• Public Sector experience is a plus.
