· Proficient in Pega development with 6- 15 years of experience and working proficiency in Pega toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software using Pega version 8XX                                

· Good understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks                                 

· Good understanding of application resiliency and security                               

· AWS knowledge for some of the members                                 

· Fair idea of SQL                                    

· Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Software.                                

· SSA certified and a couple of LSA certified resources
