Ph.D. or a master's degree with professional experience.
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience with Python
Proficiency with TensorFlow and PySpark
Proficiency with unit testing
Proficiency with machine learning, specifically working with transformers
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of genomics.

Other: 

Prior Experience working within the Agriculture Space.

Day-to-Day

Candidate will be working on an Artificial Intelligence Genomics project for our client.
Adding unit test to their AI genome editing codebase.
Candidate will work in a collaborative environment to improve the quality of the code base when new features are added for training.
Need someone who can design, train, and evaluate transformers such as BERT and derivatives.
The team is working to build a genomic prediction algorithm.
Will work with team to deploy trained models at scale.
