Detailed Job Description:
At least 10-12 years of experience managing projects as an Agile Scrum Master.
Act as servant Leader for the team, Implement Best Practices and processes, Keep all Parties on Track and Informed, Introduce Agile Engineering Practices, Host Daily Standup Meetings and other scrum ceremonies.
Assist the Product Owner With the Product Backlog preparation and prioritization based on estimates, dependencies, and criticality.
Remove Roadblocks and impediments. Guides and coaches team on agile practices.
