•            6+ years of Experience as a Python Developer with strong Portfolio of Projects

•            Understanding of Python Software Development ecosystems including NumPy, Pandas and Flask

•            Ability to create data processing pipelines.

•            Demonstrated participation in code reviews, ensuring code quality and identifying areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.

•            Debugging code when required and troubleshooting Python-related queries.

•            Experience with Projects related to P&C Insurance Rate management, Pricing and/or Underwriting Functions

•            Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of OT applications/IT platform.

•            Experience with Earnix is a plus.

•            Ability to lead the design, decomposition, and delivery of work needed by a team to achieve project goals.

•            Skilled in understanding business needs, tuning business requirements ion to code, executing robust testing, performing demos, and participating in broader testing activities on operations systems.

•            Experience with software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) Principles, managing your work in Jira(or similar project management tool) and actively participating in Agile ceremonies/routines.
