Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Over 10 years of hands-on experience in COBOL application development and maintenance on mainframe platforms, showcasing adeptness in COBOL syntax, logic, and programming methodologies. 

Ability to articulate individual contributions to projects. 

Demonstrated grasp of industry dynamics and understanding of the business's impact on clients, particularly in claims adjudication and production support. 

Proficiency in JCL, CICS, DB2, and other mainframe technologies is advantageous. 

Prior exposure to healthcare environments and a deep comprehension of healthcare systems and processes are highly desirable. 

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical prowess. 

Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 

Willingness to commit to 100% on-site work in Flowood, MS. 

Capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
