JOB DETAIL

  • Drive technical decision-making, setting coding standards, and promoting best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance websites using Wordpress
  • Design and develop websites using the WordPress platform.
  • Collaborate with designers and clients to understand their needs and translate them

into functional websites

  • Integrate and interact with various databases (Ex: MySQL, SQL, RDS) to store and

             retrieve data.

  • Ensure websites are responsive and display correctly on all devices (desktop, tablet,

             mobile).

  •  Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.

•          Conduct performance tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Integrate and interact with various databases to store and retrieve data.
  • Break down project requirements into tasks and estimate delivery timelines efficiently.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participate thorough code reviews.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure the team's technical skills remain cutting-edge.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a web developer
  • Proficiency in WordPress platforms, Javascript, React.js, Node.js and cloud technologies such as Lambda, EC2, Docker and API gateway.
  • In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, clearly articulate technical concepts, and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong knowledge of Analytics integrations.
  • Ability to work independently
