• Configure and manage end-to-end RBM setups, including Customer, Accounts, Products, Sub-products, Rating, and Billing.
• Participate in business requirement gathering and create and maintain requirement documents.
• Perform reverse engineering to create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and derive technical requirements.
• Map BRM to technical implementation and validate functionality.
• Provide product modeling, billing solutions, define products, and bill cycles as a solution architect.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
• Coach the team on business requirements and technical implementation.
• Validate the functionality of deliverables and support various teams per release functionality.
• Lead automation and large project implementations in a complex global organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Support various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Telecom Billing.
• At least 4 years of experience with NetCracker RBM configuration and setup.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, ETL, scripting, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with telecom rating and billing COTS products by NetCracker RBM.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL Developer, and Toad.
• Strong understanding of telecom billing processes and solutions.
• Experience in application development and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of TM Forum standards and certification.
• Cloud knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a high standard of delivery.
