• 8+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects

• Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops)

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe, XP etc.)

• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

• Scrum master certification is a plus

• Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles

• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

• Experience understanding technical issues at a high level

• Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools – Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience
