• Results-oriented Data Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across the agency by implementing data governance and data analytics solutions.
• Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors.
• Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.
• Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of ODA's data and ensure smooth exchange with the Innovate Ohio platform.
• Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating with the Innovate Ohio platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within ODA and with the Innovate Ohio platform team to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions that enable collaboration.
• Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration with the Innovate Ohio platform.
