Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks, and other projects and analysis as needed
Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and other changes for all USB resources
Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risks to budget and/or onboarding timelines
Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary
Display strong organizational skills
Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting
Ability to work independently, within the team, and across the organization
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in managing multiple tasks/priorities
Excellent collaboration skills
Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment
Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
Proven history of time management, organization skills, and detail-oriented
Critical thinker
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
