JOB DETAIL

  • Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks, and other projects and analysis as needed
  • Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and other changes for all USB resources 
  • Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risks to budget and/or onboarding timelines
  • Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary
  • Display strong organizational skills
  • Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting
  • Ability to work independently, within the team, and across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing multiple tasks/priorities 
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
  • Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment
  • Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
  • Proven history of time management, organization skills, and detail-oriented
  • Critical thinker
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
