- Administer and maintain the FileNet content management system, including Content Collector for SAP and Email.
- Apply application patches and perform system upgrades to meet business needs.
- Enhance existing architecture as necessary.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and lessons learned.
- Monitor and improve system performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the IT Enterprise Content Management Team.
- Collaborate with content management experts to design optimal user solutions.
- Resolve support tickets and requests in line with service level agreements.
- Offer end-user support and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Manage ECM administration projects, including upgrades, migrations, integrations, and more.
- Evaluate and recommend new content management solutions.
- Test new content management solutions and patches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience as a FileNet System Administrator.
- Deep understanding of FileNet architecture, configuration, installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in FileNet Content Engine Platform, Content Navigator, and Content Collectors.
- Strong experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM Content Navigator.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
- Ability to learn and research new enterprise content management technologies.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer service-oriented.
- Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.
Job Details:
- Contract role with potential conversion to full-time employment after 6 months.
- Hybrid work schedule: Monday and Friday from home; Tuesday to Thursday in the office.
- 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off).
