JOB DETAIL

  • Administer and maintain the FileNet content management system, including Content Collector for SAP and Email.
  • Apply application patches and perform system upgrades to meet business needs.
  • Enhance existing architecture as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and lessons learned.
  • Monitor and improve system performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the IT Enterprise Content Management Team.
  • Collaborate with content management experts to design optimal user solutions.
  • Resolve support tickets and requests in line with service level agreements.
  • Offer end-user support and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Manage ECM administration projects, including upgrades, migrations, integrations, and more.
  • Evaluate and recommend new content management solutions.
  • Test new content management solutions and patches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a FileNet System Administrator.
  • Deep understanding of FileNet architecture, configuration, installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in FileNet Content Engine Platform, Content Navigator, and Content Collectors.
  • Strong experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM Content Navigator.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
  • Ability to learn and research new enterprise content management technologies.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and customer service-oriented.
  • Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Job Details:

  • Contract role with potential conversion to full-time employment after 6 months.
  • Hybrid work schedule: Monday and Friday from home; Tuesday to Thursday in the office.
  • 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off).
