- Candidate will have 10+ years of experience acting a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data Analytics or related field.
- 5+ years' experience of technical or systems related analysis in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with all levels of management and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Experience in software development, system analysis, or design and SDLC process.
- Proven experience defining business problems, gathering, and documenting business requirements while consulting with technical team to determining solutions to meet requirements.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally with third-party vendors.
- Effectively conduct meetings with internal and external partners, documenting and distributing action items and meeting minutes.
- Excellent at communicating written and verbally to technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Define and document use cases and test scripts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Client Healthcare Programs (i.e., Medicaid).
- Experience with Microsoft Products.
- Experience with DevOps
- Experience with Business Process Modeling.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members and leadership.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards.
Experience with large data sets, running queries and analyzing data while providing guidance to business users.
