        •            Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, data traffic flow patterns, and basic cloud knowledge (Azure preferred).

•            Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and proxies.

•            Familiarity with MS Frontdoor and ServiceNow (or other ITSM platforms).

•            Competence in Change Management.

•            Ability to perform administrative tasks and a solid foundation in ITSM (specifically SOC module).
