• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into ETL specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources, transform it to meet business needs, and load it into target systems
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and documentation to support ETL processes and data lineage
• Monitor ETL jobs and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning strategies to optimize ETL performance
• Work closely with data engineers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle
• Provide support and training to business users on accessing and using data generated by ETL processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ETL and data integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL development, and data integration
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, Talend, or SSIS
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and transformation
• Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques, including dimensional modeling and star schema design
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architectures
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with cloud-based ETL platforms such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or Google Cloud Dataflow is a plus
