JOB DETAIL

  • A minimum of 7 years of concurrent experience in project and program management including:
    1. Experience managing IT projects and programs.
    2. Experience in coaching multiple agile teams
    3. Knowledge and experience in Cloud Platforms like Azure / AWS / GCP
    4. Proven experience as a scrum master – KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods.
    5. Good to have - Previous experience in GenAI or AI/ML-based programs
    6. Must have Knowledge of GenAI or AI/ML-based technologies
    7. Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts.
    8. Proven experience with Agile Reporting techniques.
    9. Proven experience in improving Work –In – Progress (WIP) Management,
    10. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification required
    11. Good to have knowledge or Experience with Containerization platforms like Kubernetes, Docker

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Foster an agile mindset and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
  • Apply deep knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Dev Ops, AWS, Azure, GCP) to guide development teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure team performance and progress.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Certifications: Must have at least 1: Agile-CSM or SAFe SM or PSM-I
