JOB DETAIL

· Lead QA team of 3-6 members at onsite/offshore environment.

· Troubleshoot and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data.

· Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes.

· Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure.

· Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release.

· Coordinate testing with other application teams.

 

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

· 5+ years of SAP experience in FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL modules.

· Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).

· Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently.

· Strong collaborative skills to work with various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements.

· Must have 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.

· Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems.

· Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly GuideWire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.

· Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis.

· Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments.

· A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

· Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills. · Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model. · Knowledge of the insurance/reinsurance domain is a plus. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
