o Take responsibility of the UX design process, defining best practices, standards, and methodologies that
enable us to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences consistently.

● 7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your
experience creating user-centered design solutions.
● Ideally 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer)
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel or other team management tools.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
● Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
