JOB DETAIL

  • Provide consultations and solution recommendations for ProjectWise. 

  • Create as-is and to-be process documentation. 

  • Gather and document complex business data requirements. 

  • Identify areas for system improvement. 

  • Collaborate on business process development and improvement. 

  • Conduct and present impact analyses. 

  • Manage requirements traceability matrix. 

  • Develop functional specifications for data models, customizations, and reports. 

  • Support implementation and create documentation. 

  • Develop design changes and collaborate on integration. 

  • Plan and support data cleanup activities. 

  • Prepare and support test activities, including regression and user acceptance testing. 

  • Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines. 

  • Engage with IT, Business, and Sourcing partners. 

  • Create and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions. 

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience 

  • 6+ years of experience in system administration or related field 

  • Experience with ECM software (specifically Bentley’s ProjectWise) 

  • Strong business analysis and communication skills 

  • Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office 

  • Ability to work independently and produce business analysis deliverables. 

 

Skills: 

  • Business process and workflow diagramming 

  • System requirements and design specifications 

  • Development and systems/data analysis 

  • Testing and analysis for release development and acceptance 

  • Customer relations, time-management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
