- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience as a Sr. Solution Architect in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion with a minimum of four (4) full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation Workforce, Benefits, Security and Payroll.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware solutions for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS offerings for customization and extension of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading architecture discussions, delivering presentations and driving consensus among stakeholders.
- Travel requirements 10% domestic/ international.
- Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
Preferred Requirements:
• Oracle HCM Implementation certifications preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential preferred.
• Professional knowledge on Oracle Redwood framework.
