Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
5+ years of experience and knowledge of Agile Scrum development product
CSM Certification
3-5+ years of Practicing Agile Scrum Master experience at the enterprise level
Extensive experience interfacing and leading highly technical staff
Ability to exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and mindset, and help teams embrace SAFe Principles and implement practices
Strong ability to lead and facilitate cross functional team progress towards its goals by helping them to challenge the status quo, while focusing on delivering the iteration goals and the program increment objectives
Facilitates agile meetings at set cadence, where the team members and shared services collaborates and communicates and emerges as a self-organized team
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
