Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience 6+ years of IT experience.
Wholesale payment industry experience is a plus Demonstrated experience in key IT Service Management areas (Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management)
Proficient mainframe Cobol/JCL/DB2 developer platform Familiarity with networking concepts and requesting network services: Routing, Firewalls, NATs, etc.
Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc).
Experience working knowledge of change management practices, agile and scrum methodologies.
Experience with application databases in Oracle, MS-SQL and DB2 to include table design, table updates, query design, table load.
Experienced developer with IBM Mainframe technologies (TSO/Roscoe, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, SAS, Debug).
Knowledge of NACHA/ACH preferred, Fiserv PEP+. Skills Knowledge of test automation tools and processes, agile project management methodology.
