- Any certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cloud Platform: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Azure Administrator Associate
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee cloud customer instance deliverables.
- Participate in customer-facing project alignment meetings.
- Maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Secondary responsibilities:
- Work with internal development teams to update service delivery workflows.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support internal infrastructure projects.
- Ensure team documentation is up to date and optimized.
