Job Responsibilities:
Supporting and enabling business change by gathering, developing, coordinating, and maintaining business requirements for various projects and systems.
The engineer will work with both business and IT teams to discover and identify APIs, document API requirements, develop test cases for automated test suites, and develop documentation.
They will also troubleshoot and maintain production systems, assist in project status reporting, and fix software bugs and escalated issues.
Other responsibilities include leading resolution to issues with interfacing systems, facilitating and participating in project status reviews, converting high-level user requirements into detailed user stories, and creating and maintaining the product backlog.
The engineer will also be responsible for planning sessions, ensuring product acceptance and readiness, developing communication materials, and leading communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps.
