Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and enabling business change by gathering, developing, coordinating, and maintaining business requirements for various projects and systems.
  • The engineer will work with both business and IT teams to discover and identify APIs, document API requirements, develop test cases for automated test suites, and develop documentation.
  • They will also troubleshoot and maintain production systems, assist in project status reporting, and fix software bugs and escalated issues.
  • Other responsibilities include leading resolution to issues with interfacing systems, facilitating and participating in project status reviews, converting high-level user requirements into detailed user stories, and creating and maintaining the product backlog.
  • The engineer will also be responsible for planning sessions, ensuring product acceptance and readiness, developing communication materials, and leading communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps.
