Strong administrative and development knowledge of Cognos environment and tools (Cognos 11.2.4 and 12)

Resolving production issues and tickets in the Cognos environment in a timely manner

Installation and configuration of all suites of Cognos BI products on a multi-server environment

Install Patches and other major updates

Setup content store database, LDAP configuration and mail exchange server
