1. **Project Planning and Execution**:
‎   - Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed project plans.
‎   - Set schedules for all stakeholders and execute each step of the project.
‎   - Manage communication, apprising status, and addressing issues with team members, management, and other project stakeholders

2. **Resource Allocation and Budget Management**:
‎   - Allocate budget and staff resources effectively.
‎   - Maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reports.

3. **Risk Management**:
‎   - Identify, analyze, mitigate, and proactively respond to project, financial, and operational risks.
‎   - Implement continuous improvement programs to drive best practices and performance improvements.

4. **Vendor Management**:
‎   - Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, new vendor selection processes, and renewals.
‎   - Ensure effective execution of projects using existing or new tools.

5. **Agile Methodology**:
‎   - Be certified in any agile project methodology, with preference for SAFE methodology.
‎   - Demonstrate the ability to manage a global delivery model.

Qualifications:
‎ - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
‎ - Proven software development experience and Android skills development.
‎ - Working experience in Android app development.
‎ - Familiarity with Android SDK, REST, JSON, and third-party libraries.
‎ - Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
‎ - Knowledge of Linux and experience with Linux-based systems is a plus.
