Client has asked us to bring in integrated project teams to help them sunset a legacy SSO application.  There is a lot of migration and modernization work that needs to be done quickly.

They are going to do 100’s of migrations before February. 10-30 integrations being knocked out per week.  Trying to get to 1-3 per day instead of 1-3 per sprint.  Increasing velocity is very important.

They need to be out of Siteminder by Feb 1.  Servers are being cut off so SSO wont work afterwards and people wont be able to access their apps.  This has been a ten-year plan to get off siteminder, and they are in the final stretch.

They are making IGA (Identity Governance and Admin) software selection – one is java and one is C# - this is why we need software engineers with both.

Ideally we are finding engineers that are able to jump between Java, C#, Python and Go --- this type of person just loves to code!  If we find someone that specializes in Go, or specializes in Automation, they can be considered, but they really want utility players.
