*       Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using .Net MAUI
for Android and iOS platforms.
*       Lead the transition from Microsoft Xamarin to .Net MAUI, ensuring
minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
*       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship
new features.
*       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the performance,
quality, and responsiveness of applications.
*       Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to
ensure our mobile development practices remain cutting-edge.
*       Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers,
with the potential to build and lead a dedicated mobile development team.
*       Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
and coding standards.


Required Experience and Skills:

*       Proven experience in mobile development with a strong focus on
Xamarin and .Net MAUI.
*       Proficiency in C#, .Net, and cross-platform mobile development
frameworks.
*       Experience with Android and iOS development.
*       Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines.
*       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*       Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
*       Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
*       Prior experience in migrating applications from one technology stack
to another.
*       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
