• System and resource build and deploy with a focus towards Infrastructure as Code
• System and Infrastructure management
• Operational event, incident and problem management
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Troubleshooting - serve as first tier technical support within team
• Serve as escalation point for System Administrators
• Forensic troubleshooting and analysis of system issues
• System performance optimization
• Implement system and infrastructure solutions with guidance as needed

What we’re looking for
• A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Windows and Linux administration
• Relevant system knowledge Windows, Linux, etc.
• Analytic, problem solving and technical skills
• Exposure to Automation, scripting or coding
Preferred
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science or related field
• Work results can influence short-term tactical decisions
• Sets day-to-day objectives and delivers job responsibilities that impact areas that are directly linked to own job (immediate team)
