Security Architecture:

•             Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture for the ServiceNow platform, including roles, controls, and governance structures.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security measures with business goals.

Role-based Access Control (RBAC):

•             Design and implement RBAC frameworks to ensure the principle of least privilege across ServiceNow modules.

•             Regularly review and update security roles based on evolving business requirements.

Security Governance:

•             Establish and enforce security governance processes and policies within the ServiceNow environment.

•             Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Best Practices and Hardening:

•             Define and promote security best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.

•             Lead efforts in platform hardening to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure a risk-averse environment.

Incident Response:

- Develop and implement incident response plans for security events within the ServiceNow platform.

Documentation:

•             Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to security controls, configurations, and incident response plans.

•             Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

•             Proven experience as a ServiceNow Security Architect with a focus on roles, controls, governance, and platform hardening.

•             Valid Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow
