- Lead the review and development of Remote Service Specifications, ensuring alignment with product vision and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and create Test Cases for Remote Services, focusing on usability, functionality, and reliability.
- Drive the End-to-End design of Remote Services, overseeing the integration of features and functionalities.
- Perform initial triage for Remote Service Issues, facilitating efficient resolution and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Manage Remote Service tickets, prioritizing tasks based on business value and customer impact.
- Plan Joint Integrated Test (JIT) with other stakeholders and execute activities to validate product performance and functionality.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in writing Remote Service Functional Specifications, translating business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Ability to write Remote Service Test Cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of product features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, guiding testing activities to meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Experience in leading team testing activities, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
- Capability to conduct initial test triage activities, identifying root causes and facilitating timely resolution.
- Proficient use of testing equipment (e.g., CANoe), leveraging tools to streamline testing processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
- Proficient experience in Telematics and Remote Services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.
- Understanding of Remote Service End-to-End Design/Architecture, guiding product development from concept to delivery.
- Product Owner Experience, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and communicate product requirements effectively.
