Support steady-state of Anaplan Production environment, implement L1/L2 changes to production code to support user requirements and steady-state controls & data drift. Maintain change management log / inventories and associated documentation for any given Anaplan Calculator. Work with Business to sign off on requirements and communicate updates. Supports new-development during downtime.Monitors Anaplan environment to ensure calculator functions and associated triggers are hitting BaU / timely execution. Identifies breaks or issues and works to resolve them quickly to meet business requirements and timelines. Analyzes breaks and works with BMO & Anaplan resources to identify solutions, promotes break-fixes to environment for rapid recovery of Anaplan Calculator functionality.
