1.    Must have experience working in the Public, Safety, and Justice domain working as a senior business analyst.
2.    Must have data analysis experience, understanding of indices, fundamentals and analytical data, must have proficiency with MSSQL, extracting data, building queries, data validation, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerBI.
3.    Must have data migration experience.
4.    Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, AAC 
*MUST provide copy of certification*
•    Candidate MUST have at least 12-15 plus years of total IT experience.     
•    Local Candidates are preferred.
