● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, for one or more Agile development teams.Good hashtag#Banking and hashtag#BFSI experience. ● Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), promoting self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.● Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and product increments.● Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.● Track and communicate team progress, sprint burndown, velocity, and other and implementing action plans to address identified areas for growth.● Serve as a servant-leader, advocating for the team and protecting them from external distractions and disruptions. ● Scheduling weekly refinement sessions with key team members to plan forthcoming sprints. ● Prioritizing stories based on capacity and project delivery timescales.
