Partner with client commercial teams (including Field, MSL, and Market Access) to define and document data and reporting requirements for the commercial data warehouse.

Utilize prototyping techniques to create report wireframes and mockups, ensuring alignment with user needs.

Develop and maintain the Tableau metadata model, dashboards, and reports for the commercial data warehouse.

Collaborate with the project manager to prioritize data warehouse requests and manage project timelines.

Provide ongoing updates and status reports on progress, including any potential issues or roadblocks.

Offer expert advice and guidance on Tableau functionality and implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience working with commercial teams to extract data insights on HCPs, patient claims, sales data (field force performance, incentive compensation), and market access.

Strong understanding of commercial data analytics and reporting specific to the BioPharma industry.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role (e.g., Tableau Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst) with a focus on pharmaceutical commercial data.
