o     .Net, WPF and C# - The app is in C# and WPF – Desktop based Application. Also in depth understanding of MVVM, dependency injection. Visual studio.  
•    Does WPF experience need to be recent?   
o    Depends on how much ppl remember - doesn’t have to be current. Steve has noticed that it takes some time for ppl to get up to speed if they don’t have recent WPF experience. If candidate has experience with fairly large project in WPF, they probably have more  knowledge. If candidates understand how wpf binds to backend application and model view framework, that’s a huge plus 
•    Do candidate need to have 5 yrs of WPF experience? 
o    5 yrs of WPF mostly would be preferred. WPF is most imp part of this. Strong WPF means strong .Net by default 
•    Nice to haves: 
o    .Net for cloud based app is nice to have  
o    Engineering software experience – CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAE (Computer Aided Engineering), FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is a HUGE plus 
o    Marine or engineering background – knowing the terminology would be a plus
