JOB DETAIL

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the existing SAP HCM environment, focusing on system architecture, configuration, integration points, and usage of modules.
  • Identify gaps in the current implementation, including inefficiencies, customizations that deviate from best practices, and areas lacking compliance with legal and business requirements.
  • Evaluate the alignment of the SAP HCM configuration with SAP best practices and industry standards, recommending adjustments where necessary.
  • Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, highlighting potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide detailed documentation of the assessment findings, including technical issues, gaps, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and align the technical assessment with business objectives.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for implementing recommended changes, enhancements, and upgrades to the SAP HCM environment.
