JOB DETAIL

•             Hands-On Management: The Technical Project Manager oversees teams consisting of both onsite and offshore resources. They drive the development of business-driven solutions, particularly in domains like DevOps and cloud applications, including Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS1.

•             Project Planning and Execution: They ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and scope. This involves detailed project planning, setting schedules, and executing each step of the project.

•             Risk Management: Identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and proactively responding to project, financial, and operational risks.

•             Vendor Management: Managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor selection processes.

•             Continuous Improvement: Implementing best practices, measuring performance, and driving improvements within the project execution process.

•             The RTE is a servant leader and ART (Agile Release Train) coach who facilitates ART events and processes. They support teams in delivering value, communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk, and drive relentless improvement2.

•             Specifically, during PI (Planning Interval) Planning, the RTE plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this recurring event. They aid in preparation, ensuring content readiness, capacity allocation, and team readiness. The RTE also coaches various roles within the release train, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and System Architects3.
