Configure Salesforce, monitor and troubleshoot reported issues, resolving or escalating issues as they come in.
Assist with managing Salesforce security including Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, and Groups. Setting up new users and ensuring profiles and security settings are configured correctly.
Within Salesforce: perform mass uploads, updates, etc, via Data Loader
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce Administration tasks including but not limited to - fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
Create, manage, and optimize automation features including record triggered flows, autolaunched flows, and screen flows, adhering to Salesforce best practices and limits.
Provide application support to all internal users of core enterprise software applications ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved within SLAs
Collaborates and exchanges information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are identified.
Reviews new or upgraded application functionality with business partners (including training) to help them prepare appropriate training and procedures updates for their teams.
Assist with implementing customized solutions within salesforce including creating custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, triggers, visualforce pages, javascript, some CSS and Apex.
Participates in analyzing business requirements for application/IT platform and data systems, including testing and implementation of new systems or changes to current systems as required to meet business needs and improve processes.
Assist with the application maintenance schedule and upgrades as needed
Maintain knowledge of the internal software suites as they continue to evolve
Assist with the rollout of new enterprise applications
