• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience with GDS experience, Apollo, Galileo experience required.
• Good understanding of online as well as offline business
• Good knowledge of GDS   
• Prior experience working with COMPLEAT/Robotics or analyst preferred.
• Ability to identify underlying issues instead of symptoms reported by users.
• Strong skill in tracking and managing own work.

• Ability to create, update and analyze metrics.
• Provide root cause analysis for problems, identify, and implement fixes.
• Good interpersonal skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams.

Main Activities:

• Troubleshooting – Identify root cause and develop solutions within a timely manner.
• Services – provide standard services to our internal customers within SLA, new implementations, table updates.

• Consulting – provide solution consulting for COMPLEAT.
• Process Improvement – Continuously look for process improvement.
• Write COMPLEAT development requirements, Design & Build solutions.
