- Agile/Project Management:
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Create and manage Rally features, and user stories.
- Monitor and control projects by managing track level milestones, scope, issues, and risks.
- Facilitate and report on key track level metrics, providing visibility for proactive decision-making.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure status, activities, accomplishments, issues, and risks are effectively communicated.
- Lead and facilitate project management processes including quarterly planning, status meetings, supporting scrum teams, backlog management, and tracking team progress.
- Collaboration and Facilitation:
- Collaborate with all teams to gather project status efficiently and lead forward-looking, action-oriented team meetings.
- Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders through transparent and proactive reporting, ongoing planning, dependency discussions, and impact analysis.
- Work with train teams and Program Managers to maintain track level plans and roadmaps.
- Own track level artifacts, processes, and monitoring artifacts.
- Facilitate and assist in dependency management and impact analysis.
- Process Improvement and Leadership:
- Provide process leadership, direction, and support to operations/scrum teams by reviewing deliverables, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the continuous improvement of best practices.
- Ensure proactive decision making by the Program Leadership stakeholders through aggregated information on delivery timelines, capacity, and key risks.
- Maintain a roadmap that aligns with the Program plan, working with teams and Technical Leads.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Software Development teams facilitating Scrum events, including Daily Stand Ups, Planning/Refinement Meetings, Review/Demo Meetings, and Retrospectives.
- Experience in project management capacity implementing large enterprise software systems.
- Experience and deep understanding of Little's Law, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, Cycle Time, Lean, Lead time, Team Dysfunctions, Antipatterns, and Team Analysis.
- Skills:
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to help teams with brainstorming and driving the desired value of each meeting.
- Strong enthusiasm and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach, coach, and mentor Scrum Team members to successful project delivery.
- Highly motivated with a positive, assertive personality.
- Ability to work independently and take strong initiative as a self-starter.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
- Additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification(s) or equivalent, Certified Product Owner, and Rally experience are nice to have.
